3.1 Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided:

• The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

• You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

3.3 How to Initiate a Return

1. Email mail2bhavyaart@gmail.com using subject line “Return Request – Order #XXXX”.

2. Attach clear photos showing item condition.

3. Wait for our Return Authorisation (RA) number and shipping instructions.

3.4 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we provide a prepaid label.

• For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for return-shipping costs.

3.5 Inspection & Approval

We will inspect the returned item within 2 business days of receipt and e-mail you the approval or rejection outcome.

3.6 Refunds

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3.7 Exchanges

If you want a replacement of the same item, mention “Exchange” in your e-mail; we’ll ship the new piece once the original passes inspection.

3.8 Damaged in Transit

If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, note it with the courier and photograph the package before opening. Report the damage within 24 hours.

3.9 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. Check your bank or card statement again.

2. Contact your bank; posting may take additional time.
