2.1 Acceptance of Terms

By using Bhavya Art (the “Site”) or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

2.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.

2.3 Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in INR and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without notice.

2.4 Ordering Process

1. Add items to cart and complete checkout.

2. Receive an order-confirmation e-mail.

3. Order acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund payment if stock is unavailable or fraud is suspected.

2.5 Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, UPI, NetBanking, and Cash-on-Delivery (where available). All online payments are processed via PCI-DSS–compliant gateways.

2.6 Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery across India is 3–7 business days. Tracking details are e-mailed on dispatch. Delays caused by force majeure or courier issues are beyond our control.

2.7 Returns & Refunds

See our full Return & Refund Policy (Section 3). Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

2.8 Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—images, text, logos—is owned by or licensed to Bhavya Art and protected by Indian copyright law. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

2.9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the Site.

2.10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bhavya Art, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms.

2.11 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

2.12 Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
