Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Cut-off time: 2 PM IST, Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Handling time: Orders placed before the cut-off are packed and handed to the courier within 24–48 business hours.

  • Personalised or bulk orders may require an extra 2–3 business days; we will notify you by e-mail if this applies.

2. Shipping Zones & Transit Times*

*Time frames begin once the parcel is picked up by the courier and exclude Sundays/public holidays. Unforeseen delays caused by weather, lockdowns, strikes, or carrier issues are outside our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • FREE shipping on prepaid domestic orders ₹999 and above.

  • For orders below ₹999, a flat ₹49 shipping fee is applied at checkout.

  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD)—where available—incurs an additional ₹40 service charge.

4. Courier Partners & Tracking

We ship via Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and India Post. A tracking link is e-mailed/SMSed to you once the AWB (Air Waybill) number is generated. Tracking may take up to 12 hours to activate.

5. Packaging & Insurance

All idols are foam-cushioned in corrugated boxes and double-taped. Shipments are insured against transit loss or damage up to the order value.

6. Undeliverable or Re-attempted Parcels

  • Couriers will attempt delivery twice. If unreachable or address is incorrect, the parcel returns to us.

  • Re-shipping requires payment of a fresh shipping fee, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.

7. Change of Address

E-mail mail2bhavyaart@gmail.com within 2 hours of ordering for address edits. Changes requested after the parcel is picked up cannot be honoured.

8. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. International service will be announced via our newsletter when available.

9. Shipment Damage Claims

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Note it on the courier’s delivery sheet.

  2. Photograph the package before unboxing.

  3. Report the issue with photos to mail2bhavyaart@gmail.com within 24 hours for an expedited resolution (replacement or refund as per our Return Policy).
